Document Control Coordinator

Location: Anchorage

Primary Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the document control program* Train and coordinate document control staff in handling documentation in accordance with document control program* Responsible for documentation distribution, receipt and transmittal back to clients or contractors* Assist with issues related to document control program* Verify that all document control requirements are being implemented* Manage hard copy and electronic file storage* Advise and council administrative staff in handling non-technical documentation and filing* Conduct and support audits of the document control program* Provide assistance to the Document Control Manager as required* Perform compliance checks with contractor and outside client documentation* Provide continual progress and issue reports to Document Control Manager* Oversee contractor implementation of document control program

Requirements:Previous experience in document control programs within the oil and gas industry* Proficient in document control databases and software* High level of communication skills, both verbal and written* 10+ years of experience in the document control or technical administrative support* Four year degree is desirable.
