Administrative Support & Receptionist

 

Duties: Presents a professional demeanor to callers and visitors in a business office environment ** Answers and routes calls on a multi-line phone system (i.e., 2 lines for approximately 20 people) ** Performs heavy mail processing (i.e., sorting, sending out for scanning, re-sorting and distributing) ** Creates or edits business correspondence using Word** Enters data into Excel spreadsheets ** Maintains Outlook calendar ** Uses copiers for creating packets ** Makes coffee ** Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years work experience in administrative support ** Must have experience working in a professional business office environment ** 1 -2 years experience working as a receptionist and/or a customer service representative ** Intermediate skills with Word, Excel and Outlook ** Ability to learn quickly and be flexible ** Excellent phone communication skills ** Professional demeanor

Wage: $13.00 - $15.00/hour DOE
